QR Projects
A heavily used way to connect project work and the information people need at the point of work.
Anonymised client story · Modular manufacturing
A growing manufacturer needed better control of a complex business without errors and back-office effort growing with every new person and project.
Illustrative overview. No customer screens or confidential details shown.
The starting point
The business was managing important work with paper and pens. As it became busier, it wanted to modernise, reduce errors and give clients more confidence that work quality was being achieved.
It also needed a way to manage a growing workforce without adding back-office staff at the same rate. The challenge was broader than one task: the team needed a system that could connect the moving parts and make responsibility easier to see.
The system
Rather than buying one package for one department, Click Done built a wider operational system. Its most-used areas include QR Projects and HR.

A heavily used way to connect project work and the information people need at the point of work.
02
A people and process area used as the business grew its team.
03
Connected parts of a wider bespoke system, built around how the company runs.
04
A stronger basis for seeing what has happened, who owns the next step and whether work is on track.
What changed
The customer describes the system as a roaring success and points to clearer accountability, ownership, organisation and tracking.
Those are qualitative outcomes, not a set of measured percentage claims. The original goals also included reducing errors, giving clients confidence in quality and supporting growth without back-office headcount rising at the same rate.
A foundation to keep building on
The project is ongoing. The customer and its commercial terms remain confidential.
Why this matters for AI
This system is proof of Click Done’s ability to build around a real operation. It is not presented as an AI-agent deployment. A connected operational foundation can make future automation easier to plan, govern and expand—once the right use cases are identified.
Next step
Start with one workflow that is hard to see, slow to coordinate or too dependent on manual follow-up.
