Click Done is an independent software company led by Stephen Moore in Hull. Our approach has been shaped by ongoing work with a growing modular manufacturer. As the operation got busier, the team needed a clearer way to manage complex work, maintain quality and support more staff without growing the back office at the same pace.
We built an operational system around the way their work runs, including QR-led project workflows and HR. The customer describes the system as a success for accountability, ownership, organisation and tracking. The work is ongoing, and we share the project at a high level to respect its commercial details.
