Who we are

Click Done Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16796604. Registered office: 66 Bond Street, Hull, England, HU1 3EN. Email: enquiries@clickdone.ai. We are the controller for personal data sent through this website.

What we hold

If you send an enquiry, we hold your name, work email, company name, whether the business is in the UK, what the business does, a staff band, your message, and any role, timing or phone number you choose to give us. We also hold the page you sent it from, and the time it arrived.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if it is a fit, to arrange a call. The legal basis is legitimate interests: answering a business enquiry you sent us. You can object at any time and we will stop.

Who receives it

Click Done staff who handle enquiries. The enquiry is stored in our Supabase database. Where email notifications are enabled, Google Workspace processes the enquiry details to deliver an internal notification to our business inbox. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing from this form.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a client relationship are deleted 12 months after the last contact. If you ask us to stop, we keep a suppression record of the email, the firm and the date, so we do not contact you again.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email enquiries@clickdone.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
